Step-by-step setup

  1. Open the Integrations tab

    In your Doddo dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and select Doddo.

  2. Authorize the connection

    Click Connect and approve access from your Doddo workspace. This links your AI Sales Agent to your campaigns.

  3. Choose which inboxes Doddo handles

    Pick the accounts and campaigns you want Doddo to monitor and reply on. You can start with one and expand later.

  4. Set qualification rules

    Tell Doddo what a qualified lead looks like and when it should book a meeting versus hand off to a human.

  5. Go live

    Toggle the integration Active. Doddo now responds to replies and books meetings automatically.

Tip: You can connect multiple tools at once. Doddo de-duplicates contacts across integrations so your pipeline stays clean.
